Polaris Charter Academy is committed to partnering with our families and our community to answer any questions and resolve any concerns in a timely manner.

If you are a parent with a school-based concern or issue please reach out to your child’s teacher to schedule a meeting or call the main office at 773-534-0820 and a teacher will contact you within 24 hours.
If the concern needs to be elevated to the school administration please call 773-534-0820 to schedule an administrative meeting with Polaris Principal Francesca Peck or email Principal Peck directly at fpeck@pcachicago.org
If you have systems level questions or concerns please contact Polaris Executive Director at 773-706-8552 or email at mnavarre@pcachicago.org
